Unfortunately, we do not provide any interior finishing options, such as electrical, plumbing, insulation, drywall, etc. Customers will often make additions, customize or “finish out” their buildings in various ways once paid for and delivered, but we recommend that you hire an experienced contractor to do this work since improperly done finishing work can cause a safety or fire hazard or cause damage to your Old Hickory building and therefore void aspects of the warranty.

Permit requirements vary by location, building type, size, and intended use. Check with your local planning or permitting authority before ordering; the property owner is responsible for obtaining required permits.
