Delivery & Installation
Every project begins with a site and access review so we can recommend the right delivery or installation plan.
Sheds: delivery or on-site construction
When truck-and-trailer access allows, sheds can be delivered fully assembled. If access to the final location is limited, on-site shed construction may be available; ask us early so we can review the project and explain any applicable options or charges.
Metal buildings: assembled on site
Metal buildings are assembled on site by professional installers. Your final configuration, site conditions, and local requirements help determine the installation plan.
Before delivery or installation
- Confirm the final location, access route, and working area.
- Complete required site preparation before the scheduled date.
- Check for underground utilities where anchors may be installed.
- Keep overhead power lines clear; 10 feet of clearance is needed around overhead lines.
- Let us know about gates, fences, slopes, tight turns, or other access limitations before ordering.
Scheduling
Timing is specific to your building, selected configuration, site readiness, weather, and the installation schedule. We’ll confirm project-specific details as your order moves forward.
